Our Story

MCPc Imaging and Printing, LLC (MIP) was created in 2012 and was formerly known as RS Business Machines, Inc., which was founded in 1976. Now in it’s second generation of ownership, the company has grown from a local service provider of copiers and printers to a national managed print solutions provider.

Led by President Gina Vincent, the company’s leadership team has an average of 30 years of industry experience and knowledge in the managed print environment. MCPc Imaging and Printing partners with industry leaders such as HP, Synnex, Canon, Konica Minolta, Lexmark and many others to provide the best in class products and solutions on which our customers rely.

Today, MCPc Imaging and Printing specializes in Managed Print Services enhanced with software solutions to maximize security and efficiency. Optimizing our clients print environment with the right service model, technology, and implementation methodology, delivering substantial long term savings. The net result is the delivery of a managed print model with key metrics, service level agreements, and ongoing monitoring of print activity to proactively manage cost. All of this is driven by developing a deep understanding of the client’s business requirements and aligning with key business drivers that ultimately lead to an extremely efficient enterprise print strategy. This strategy is continuously monitored and changed as business needs change over time.
