MCPc Imaging and Printing offers several Managed Print Services (MPS) programs for our customers. If you have questions, we have the answers! Here are some of the most frequently asked questions we’ve received about our exclusive MPS programs.

Can you manage our current devices or will we need to purchase new ones?
We can help you to manage your current print devices and MFPs so you don’t have to buy or lease anything new. We do however reserve the opportunity to inspect your current infrastructure to ensure that everything is in good working condition, in which case there should be no need to add any new equipment, unless you want to.

How will we be invoiced?
We prepare a simple, all-inclusive cost-per-page invoice monthly. You’ll also receive a monthly summary of usage. This is our most common billing method and is popular with our clients.

How flexible is the MCPc Imaging and Printing MPS program?
In a word, VERY! Your representative can design a print management solution that meets the needs of your company whether you have a single device or a fleet. Our solution is comprehensive and supports all brands of networked printers and multifunction products, monochrome and color.

How can Managed Print Services improve our company’s print environment?
Simplified accounting – Our customers receive an itemized monthly invoice for the number and type of prints they made across their entire fleet. It includes everything that’s needed to accurately reconcile, review and forecast your office print budget. Cumulative data helps you to accurately identify potential excess printing trouble spots and adjust accordingly.
Ease of use – Your staff will enjoy peace of mind with simplified ordering and service with a single point of contact. With MPS, excess supplies are a thing of the past. Supplies are ordered in advance of need and delivered the next day to your location. Our print monitoring software also provides real-time visibility of your networked printers and you can order supplies or schedule service online directly from MCPc Imaging and Printing.
Enjoy a fixed cost-per-page – If your print environment isn’t managed, every document you print uses a variable amount of ink or toner. This means you pay a different price for every print. Service calls are unpredictable and typically support different minimum thresholds from multiple vendors.
